Chris holds over 25 years experience in property and leadership positions spanning SA, QLD and NT including private, publicly listed, and government property organisations. As CEO of Parkstone, Chris leads the team of dedicated property professionals managing and growing the portfolio across all asset classes. His focus is traditionally on asset and project performance, investor and client relations, development pipeline and covers a wide and national network. 

Chris specifically has led some of the SA's largest projects and developments across multiple uses and led major government and private transactions totalling billions of dollars. He joins Parkstone as inaugural CEO and Managing Director He joins Parkstone as inaugural CEO and Managing Director directly from his prior role as CEO of Urban Renewal Authority for South Australia. Chris will work closely with the co founders and Executive Chair as Parkstone grows in value and impact across the country.
