Solutions Pty Ltd. With over 35 years of experience in property development and strategic advisory,

Peter has led major masterplanned communities and complex urban projects across Australia. His

career includes senior leadership roles at Urbex (BMD Group), Excel Development Group, and

Stockland, where he delivered award-winning residential, commercial, and mixed-use

developments. A Fellow and Life Member of the Urban Development Institute of Australia, Peter

has served as National President and contributed extensively to industry boards and policy

initiatives. He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business.
