Richard Temlett

 Richard Temlett is the National Executive Director of Research at Charter Keck Cramer and has become one of Australia’s leading housing market experts and thought leaders on the residential housing market across Australia. 

Richard has worked in the private and public sectors, working in consulting and developer roles. He is currently a member of the Victorian Planning and Infill Committee at the Property Council of Australia and is a member of the FuturePlace Advisory Committee. 

Richard Temlett is the host of Charter Keck Cramer’s Precisely Property podcast, where he leads engaging discussions with high-profile property professionals, offering in-depth insights into the industry. 

A former lawyer, Richard holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Flinders University as well as a Master of Business (Property) Degree from RMIT University. Richard also holds a Certificate in Leading with Finance, Alternative Investments and Business Analytics from Harvard Business School Online.
