Flagstone – Peet
Flagstone is the centrepiece of the Greater Flagstone Priority Development Area, designated by the Queensland Government to fast track the supply of housing and infrastructure in one of South-East Queensland’s fastest growing corridors. Luminare – Cavcorp
Luminare features Australia’s highest cantilevered glass-bottom and edge pool, floating and hanging 95 meters above sea level. The project features 214 2 & 3 bedroom apartments with resident services and over 1,200 square metres of indoor and outdoor amenities. The streetscape combines retail, driveway and services with a continuous green roof and cantilever concrete awning, and mature landscaping; maximising the building and neighbourhood’s visual amenity.
Total Fusion Platinum provides an elevated wellness experience by delivering world-class fitness, health and rejuvenation services in Australia’s largest health club and gym. Forming part of Luminare, the final piece of Cavcorp’s Long Island precinct masterplan in Newstead, Total Fusion Platinum’s 9,000sqm facility was designed by renowned architects ACME. In collaboration with Cavcorp, ACME fused a Roman-esque bathhouse with state-of-the-art technology.

A new partnership between St George Community Housing and Bric Housing in Economic Development Queensland’s Carseldine Village precinct will result in the delivery of 152 social and affordable residential apartments, with construction set to commence in late March 2025.
Carseldine Village is a market-leading 15.7 hectare mixed-use development which includes freehold terrace homes, a Residential Aged Care home, Childcare Centre, 4,500sqm retail, commercial, dining, lifestyle and health precinct, and up to 200 build to sell residential apartments.
